One should warm up, and then stretch, before any physical activity, and
then warm down afterwards.
Also, if there is an interval of more than about 20 mins, then one should=
again warm up.
Keith Grant has given some excellent information on this topic.
Of course, to some people, SCD is hardly a physical activity (tongue firm=
in cheek) and so have no need to warm up!
I recall Alastair McFadyen saying that his uncle asked what all this
"warm-up" was, when he went to dance, he walked! That's probably the best=
way of doing it, but how many of us walk to a dance these days?
