A statistical analysis of the 3000 (roughly) votes cast for Buchannan in Dade
County, Florida, compared with the number of votes cast for him in other
parts of Florida, shows that there had to be something very amiss in the Dade
County voting process. This error factor points to a badly organized ballot.
Who knows yet how they will sort it out.
Referring back to the New Hampshire senate race of 1974, the process dragged
out for 10 months and resulted in a new election.
