I don't know what resolution you would consider to be a good scan, but I did
find http://www.standingstones.com/jpeg/Hilndwed.jpg on the page
http://www.standingstones.com/tradcllo.html that appears to fit the
description given. If this is the one, then it at least gives the artist and
time if you want to pursue a higher quality graphic.
