A book of SCD music that I find useful is
"Leaves of Cabbage: Music for Scottish Country Dancing"
Arrangements for 128 Dances by Barbara Bouwsma and Robert McOwen
(The edition I have (2nd ed., 1979) is hand written, printed by
Photocopier - not the easiest to read, but it covers a lot of the dances
common around here. It has both the dances you asked about.)
Does anybody know if this book, or an updated version is still available?
Where, etc?

If you just want the tune, you could check John Chamber's SCD music
in ABC format. His search engine can display the tune as a .GIF
file that you could print from your web browser.
