I agree that talking on the phone during a dance or class would be extremely
rude. However, this topic arose in the discussion of new kilt styles with
pockets for cell phones. There are occasions other than dance where one
might wear a kilt which is what I believe the kilt maker was trying to
encourage. If kilts are to be worn in the daily course of every day life,
then a pocket for a cell phone might not be so bad.
