Folks,
I will not admit to being a ballet dancer or a masochist, but I do soak my
feet and
calves in icy water after balls, or weekend dance workshops. It does help!
Not only
does it help take the soreness out, but sometimes my feet and ankles swell,
it
reduces the swelling. I carry my 'bucket' with me when I go to weekend
programs
and my local 'Stop and Rob' (as we call them), knows the nights I've
overdanced
as I hobble in and buy a 10 lb. bag of ice.
