Hi there

Oh no you are not the only one!!!
Don't wear tights/pantyhose. And try not to wear socks/hose with too much
nylon. Drink plenty of water to avoid cramps after dancing. And some
ballet dancers / masochists, also plunge their danced out feet into buckets
of icy water. (I haven't tried that one yet).

Also try and get dance shoes with a cotton lining, I find that help a
little. I think, however, that in many cases we just have to grin and bear
it or not dance as much (Not an option)
