Text Kauld Cail?

At the moment Kauld Cail is one of our favorite danfes, because we have such
nice music to go with it.
It is a recording with mouth music (1).

We would like to know, whats it all abot, but nobody knows gaelic well enough in
our group ;-)

Is there somebody out there who knows the text and a translation in plain
english?
That would be great.

(1) what exact is mouth music? Everything somebody is singign? Only a capella?
Only Gaelic?
