I don't have a problem with it in theory, but I think most people would
find it incredibly exhausting to be "active couple" more than three times
in a row in a Scottish country dance. This is mainly because SCD does not
use a walking step, as most contra or English country dancing does. The
footwork for SCD makes the dances more physically taxing.
