Yes, indeed - in fact it already is. As Alan has managed it, "Ramsay" is a
subset of the large DanceData DB, which is accessed through Anselm's search
There is no question that this kind of information is, from some points of
view, more easily referenced by computer (whether the information is on
line or located in one's own machine). The appearance of a printed version
is really for those who either don't use computers (I am told there are
still a few such souls around) or who find a print version more convenient.
I have myself been consulting both printed and computer versions of the
index, especially in the last few days and I find that some searches are
much easier by using the "Find" function on a DB program, but other
searches are much easier by using the 350 or so pages in the three ring
binder at my elbow.
