Alphabetical Bios

The bios are now listed alphabetically as well as regionally. Some
people may have lost their middle names and middle initials in the
imperfect process I devised in trying to make the operation easier for
myself. If you want any restorations let me know. Also, if your browser
does not support frames you are now probably unable to access the site.
I hope this does not affect anyone.
