Greetings;

Just to emphasise the "different strokes" theme, last night we held
our AGM dance, and had all the top bands playing (we use fairly
good CD equipment), and most of the evening was therefore to the
usual "accordian" bands. However we like variety, and with about
60 CDs to chose from we can usually make it pretty varied.
At one point in the second half we used the Fiddlesticks & Ivory
recording of Monymusk (well that was the dance we were going to
do, so it seemed like the right track to select -:) ) .
Helen was dancing and actually especially noticed and enjoyed the
music; whereas someone else came up to me at the end and muttered
something about "cats". You can't please everybody all the time,
but some of the time would be nice!

Malcolm
