I couldn't dance for several months with a foot problem. I went to a
podiatrist in Toronto who had two types of orthotics made.

One has a hard shell structure for my regular shoes.

The other is a soft pair specifically for dancing shoes. He ordered them
from a company in New York who supplies them for ballet dancers as well.

Both work very well, but I still have to warm up before vigorous dancing.
