I don't mind my email appearing on the version that you post on
Valentine's day, but I'm not keen on it going on the web.
A page with lots of email addresses will be heaven for the junk-email
robots.

Send it as plain text, or at worst mime encoded plain text; ie
Save As "plain text" or similar - last time I looked there were 3
different ways sorts of "plain text" in Word, do which ever makes the
linebreaks fit your emailer best.
Sending a Word file will make it *much* bigger and not really improve
the content - it is the words we want after all.
