Lamb Skinnet - Bars 17-24

1st couple lead up the middle to first place, set and cast off into
second place. 3rd couple step down on bars 19-20. 2nd couple step up
on bars 23-24.

Question: Do 2nd and 3rd couple step down simultaneously on bars 17-18?

Sorry for such a trivial matter. There is a bit of a contoversy among
our group about this and we do not have the original dance source.
Please reply on the Strathspey so other list members will see the first
response and not have to bother replying. Thanks.
